This might count as #ForcedFamilyFun for some – looking at flowers at the local botanical gardens, but I think it ended up a nice day! Oma and Papa invited us to the tulip festival and lunch after.
Zach was the only one available to go, as Adam was playing disc golf in a tournament in Winfield and Scott was refereeing a few soccer games.
It was a perfect day and the flowers were beautiful. It was busy – masks were required inside the buildings, but not while walking around.
There was also live music and a petting zoo with miniature horses and goats.
After a few hours at Botanica, we ate outside at Larkspur.
